Death with Dignity National Center is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust. We maintain the following privacy policy to protect personal information you provide online.DDNC collects only contact information on our donors. If you wish to review your information with the DDNC, ask that your information not be shared, or to be removed from our contact list, you can call us at 503-228-4415, or email our communication officer at kdavenport@deathwithdignity.org .

We will not share your information with any third-party organization not directly affiliated with DDNC, without your explicit permission. Personal information you provide is stored in a secure computer that is not internet accessible and is accessed only by designated staff.

Most areas of our web site are accessible without registration of any kind. Some of our services require some identification in order to be effective. This includes, but is not limited to, our online activism center. Again, the information provided here will be kept confidential.

As you learn more about what we do, we may ask you from time to time if you'd like to join DDNC.

About Cookies
If you check the "Please remember my info" box on one of our forms we will place a file called a cookie in the browser directory of your computer's hard drive. A cookie is a small piece of information that a website can store on your computer and later use to recognize you. We will use the cookie only to recognize who you are when you return to the Action Center so that we can make it even easier for you to take action than it would be otherwise. A cookie cannot be read by any website other than the one that set it up.
